ViewSonic problem Setting "Data_Roaming" not implemented

a setting in Android - version of ViewSonic is missing. Problem of the manufacturer of the phone. Support is contacted. I give you further feedback when I get the answer.

Attempting to access this setting is throwing this exception:

at android.provider.Settings$Secure.getInt(Settings.java:2235)
at com.lotus.sync.traveler.android.service.Controller.run(Controller.java:321)

This means that this device does not property implement the Android OS.
This should be reported to the phone manufacturer as a defect.

The data roaming setting is required by Traveler.

If this is a ROM installed by the carrier, then we will provide a fix
for this, otherwise, the issue is that the custom ROM is not providing
all the setting specified in the Android OS.

Please determine the OS level and origin and inform them that a custom
ROM can cause applications to break by not providing all the settings.
